The training is designed to give you a thorough understanding of PRINCE2, as well as showing you how to apply the method to the different styles of exam questions. You will learn about the PRINCE2 approach to projects – its principles, themes, processes, and techniques – and be well prepared to pass the Foundation and Practitioner exams during the course.

What’s more, pre-course preparation will help you to familiarise yourself with PRINCE2 before you start training.
