The course will therefore equip you with crucial project management tools, techniques, and skills (e.g. budget management, scope management, Earned Value management, negotiation, and more) to increase your capability. Both the course and exam take into account your status as a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner, by concentrating only on the elements of project management that are specific to the APM Body of Knowledge, instead of repeating what you learned when you studied PRINCE2.
