Pre-requisites
Either the ITIL v3 Foundation certificate or the ITIL v2 Foundation + Bridge certificate (documentary evidence of this qualification, and photographic ID, must be demonstrated prior to the examination)
Familiarity with IT terminology
Understanding of how SOA management fits into the business environment
Experience working in a service management capacity, with responsibility relating to at least one of the relevant ITIL processes*
*ITIL Processes relevant to the SOA thematic framework:
Service Portfolio Management, Service Catalogue Management, Service Level Management, Demand Management, Supplier Management, Financial Management and Business Relationship Management

5 days - examination on fifth day
