Pre-requisites
Either the ITIL v3 Foundation certificate or the ITIL v2 Foundation + Bridge certificate (documentary evidence of this qualification, and photographic ID, must be demonstrated prior to the examination)
Familiarity with IT terminology
Understanding of how RCV management fits into the business environment
Experience working in a service management capacity within a service provider environment, with responsibility relating to at least one of the relevant ITIL processes*
*ITIL processes relevant to the RCV thematic framework:
Change Management, Release and Deployment Management, Service Validation and Testing, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Request Fulfilment, Service Evaluation and Knowledge Management
Duration
5 days - examination on fifth day
