  • Either the ITIL v3 Foundation certificate or the ITIL v2 Foundation + Bridge certificate (documentary evidence of this qualification, and photographic ID, must be demonstrated prior to the examination)
  • Familiarity with IT terminology
  • Understanding of how PPO management fits into the business environment
  • Experience working in a service management capacity, with responsibility relating to at least one of the relevant ITIL processes*

    Capacity Management, Availability Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Information Security Management, Demand Management and Risk Management

    Duration

  • 5 days - examination on fifth day
