Pre-requisites
Either the ITIL v3 Foundation certificate or the ITIL v2 Foundation + Bridge certificate (documentary evidence of this qualification, and photographic ID, must be demonstrated prior to the examination)
Familiarity with IT terminology
Understanding of how OSA management fits into the business environment
Experience working in a service management capacity, with responsibility relating to at least one of the relevant ITIL processes or functions*

Event Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Problem Management, Access Management, Service Desk, Technical Management, Application Management, IT Operations Management

5 days - examination on fifth day
